Placement of the EndoLoop around the base of the stalk. A hook cutter/scissor was used to cut the loop, avoiding that the long ends would interfere with placement of the snare.

The EndoLoop looks OK, but was not placed completely correct. The loop is to close to the adenoma and had catched a tiny piece of the adenoma (on the back lower site). A second EndoLoop was placed “under” the first one closer to the wall of the colon.
